1In large bowl,mix together broccoli, onion, bacon bits, dried craisins, cheddar cheese and set aside.
2In small bowl, blend together, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Set in refrigerator and let chill for approx two hours.
3NOTE: you can play with this recipe and add more or less of anything in it. Taste test and change it to your particular tastes, make it sweeter or less sweet, it is up to you. Add eggs, sunflowers, toasted pecans, your options are endless. Make it your own. I have even added edible flowers. Enjoy
