Ingredients

  • MARINADE
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced, garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili crisp
  • VEGGIES
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • FOR THE NOODLES AND TO FINISH THE DISH
  • 4 cups glass noodles
  • 1 cup swiss chard chopped
  • 3 scallions, cut into 3 inch pieces
  • black sesame seeds, for garnish

How To Make glass noodle salad with marinated veggies

  • Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade. Add the mushrooms, onion, and carrots to the marinade. Let sit for one hour.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the glass noodles and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.
  • Step 3
    Mix the noodles, Swiss Chard, and scallions with the marinated veggies and mix well. Place in 4 bowls and garnish with black sesame seeds.
