Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon minced, garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili crisp
- VEGGIES
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- FOR THE NOODLES AND TO FINISH THE DISH
- 4 cups glass noodles
- 1 cup swiss chard chopped
- 3 scallions, cut into 3 inch pieces
- black sesame seeds, for garnish
How To Make glass noodle salad with marinated veggies

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade. Add the mushrooms, onion, and carrots to the marinade. Let sit for one hour.

Step 2Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the glass noodles and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.

Step 3Mix the noodles, Swiss Chard, and scallions with the marinated veggies and mix well. Place in 4 bowls and garnish with black sesame seeds.
