ginger's chinese coleslaw
I was adopted, and got to meet my biological family in my 20s. This is a version of Chinese Coleslaw that my mother, Ginger, makes. She gave me the recipe since I like broccoli!

- 1 package broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 package ramen noodles, chicken flavor, crumbled
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced lengthwise
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make ginger's chinese coleslaw

Step 1Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning from noodles. Combine remaining ingredients and pour with dressing just before serving.
