Ginger's Chinese Coleslaw

I was adopted, and got to meet my biological family in my 20s. This is a version of Chinese Coleslaw that my mother, Ginger, makes. She gave me the recipe since I like broccoli!

  • 1 pkg
    broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 1 c
    sliced almonds
  • 3/4 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 pkg
    ramen noodles, chicken flavor, crumbled
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/3 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 c

How To Make

  • 1
    Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning from noodles. Combine remaining ingredients and pour with dressing just before serving.
