Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
- 4 slices french bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
How To Make garlic croutons

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2Melt 2 tablespoons butter with olive oil and garlic in small saucepan.

Step 3Place bread cubes on baking sheet. Pour butter mixture over and toss well.

Step 4Bake until bread cubes are golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cool completely.

Step 5Note: Croutons can be prepared 1 day ahead. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
