Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked long grain rice
- 10 ounces package frozen english peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons radishes, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
How To Make garden rice salad

Step 1Combine the rice, peas, green pepper, celery, green onions, radishes and garlic in a large bowl. Toss well.

Step 2Combine mayonnaise, honey, burry powder, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until blended.

Step 3Pour the dressing mixture over the rice mixture, and toss gently. Cover salad, and chill at least 3 hours.
