Ingredients
- 2 cans corn, canned
- 1 cup 1/2 each red, green, yellow peppers - chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions - chopped
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (med sharp cheddar)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package frito chips
How To Make frito salad

Step 1Mix together all ingredients except the Fritos and refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve crunch the chips and mix in - serve and enjoy.

Step 2Hint: due to price of stop light peppers I have used a green one and added a small jar of permentos, drained for color.
