Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn, canned
  • 1 cup 1/2 each red, green, yellow peppers - chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions - chopped
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded (med sharp cheddar)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package frito chips

How To Make frito salad

  • Step 1
    Mix together all ingredients except the Fritos and refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve crunch the chips and mix in - serve and enjoy.
  • Step 2
    Hint: due to price of stop light peppers I have used a green one and added a small jar of permentos, drained for color.
