I fell in love with this at a potluck where someone brought it. I searched down the owner and got the recipe. Love the crunch the fritos add.

Ingredients
- 1 large green pepper, diced small
- 1 large red pepper, diced small
- 2 cups hellman's mayonaise, chilled
- 4 cans sweet corn, drained
- 1 medium red onion, diced small
- 1 bag chili cheese fritos 9 oz
- 2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded. chopped very fine. this is optional to add a little kick.
How To Make frito salad

Step 1Everything in the recipe should be chilled ahead of time. Mix everything together gently. Do not add fritos. Chill for 1-2 hours. 5 minutes before serving fold in bag of fritos gently. Serve.
