One of my best friends had this at a choir party at church and passed it on. It is very good and usually a big hit with everyone.

Ingredients
- 2 cans whole corn, drained (i use white and yellow for color)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 10.5 oz packages chili-cheese fritos, crushed up
How To Make frito salad

Step 1Mix the first five ingredients and chill. Mix in the Fritos right before you are ready to eat. Stir in the Fritos really well. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
