This recipe was served at our church during our Parade of Tables fundraiser. It was the hit of the luncheon. I got this from our former Minister of Music and my family really loves it. So simple and soooo good.

Ingredients
- 15 oz cans yellow corn ( drained)
- 15oz cans either fiesta or mexican corn ( drained)
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1 bunch diced spring onions
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 package bbq fritos corn chips
How To Make frito corn salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT corn chips. Add corn chips to mixture and save a few to garnish the top just before serving. Enjoy!
