Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can white shoe-peg corn, drained
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 ounces chili cheese flavor frito corn chips

How To Make frito corn salad

  • Step 1
    Instead of, or in addition to, mayonnaise use sour cream and yogurt. Mix all the ingredients except the chips. Add the chips in before serving otherwise the chips will get soggy.
