Ingredients For fresh green bean salad

2 lbgreen beans, (mix with wax beans if available)

6 smsweet colorful peppers, cut in strips

1 cangreat northern beans

2 Tbspancient olive grapefruit vinegar

1 Tbspancient olive lime olive oil

2 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro

sprinkle lightly with sea salt
How To Make fresh green bean salad

1Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, toss with peppers and beans.

2Dressing: mix grapefruit vinegar and lime olive oil. Toss in the cilantro.

3Adjust seasonings to taste.
