Ingredients
- 2 pounds green beans, (mix with wax beans if available)
- 6 small sweet colorful peppers, cut in strips
- 1 can great northern beans
- 2 tablespoons ancient olive grapefruit vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ancient olive lime olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- - sprinkle lightly with sea salt
How To Make fresh green bean salad

Step 1Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, toss with peppers and beans.

Step 2Dressing: mix grapefruit vinegar and lime olive oil. Toss in the cilantro.

Step 3Adjust seasonings to taste.
