Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green beans, (mix with wax beans if available)
  • 6 small sweet colorful peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 can great northern beans
  • 2 tablespoons ancient olive grapefruit vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ancient olive lime olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • - sprinkle lightly with sea salt

How To Make fresh green bean salad

  • Step 1
    Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, toss with peppers and beans.
  • Step 2
    Dressing: mix grapefruit vinegar and lime olive oil. Toss in the cilantro.
  • Step 3
    Adjust seasonings to taste.
