  • 1 can french cut green beans,drained
  • 2 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 jar piminto,drained
  • 1 large red onion,chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup celery stalks, chopped

How To Make francis's summer salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combines bite size vegetables.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl combine sugar, vinegar and oil. blend until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and toss til coated.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
