Four Bean Salad

Great make ahead salad for those hot summer days. Don't worry about heating up the kitchen with this lightly sweet and refreshing dish.

    15 oz can wax beans
  • 1
    15 oz red kidney beans
  • 1
    15 oz can green beans
  • 1
    15 oz can garbanzo beans

  • 1/4 c
    salad oil
  • 2/3 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper

How to Make Four Bean Salad


  1. Drain and rinse all of the beans. Combine the beans in a large bowl.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over beans. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  3. Note: Gently stir the beans frequently to soak all of the beans equally.
