Great make ahead salad for those hot summer days. Don't worry about heating up the kitchen with this lightly sweet and refreshing dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz can wax beans
  • 1 - 15 oz red kidney beans
  • 1 - 15 oz can green beans
  • 1 - 15 oz can garbanzo beans
  • DRESSING
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

How To Make four bean salad

  • Step 1
    Drain and rinse all of the beans. Combine the beans in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over beans. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • Step 3
    Note: Gently stir the beans frequently to soak all of the beans equally.
