- 6 - boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 3 - strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1Combine the first seven ingrdients in a bowl until they are creamy. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
