english pea salad
This is one that my Mama regularly served with Sunday roast beef, rice and gravy. You can add or delete anything you like and it's still a colorful, delicious salad!

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. cans green peas, drained
- 2 or 3 - hard boiled eggs
- 1 sm. jar pimiento, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (i use grated)
- 1 teaspoon chives, dried
- 1/3 cup miracle whip salad dressing
- - - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make english pea salad

Step 1Boil eggs and cool; peel, slice and set aside.

Step 2Drain peas* and combine in bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Add eggs and stir well.

Step 3Chill and serve.

Step 4*Frozen peas, cooked, drained and chilled, may be substituted for canned.
