English Pea Salad

Ingredients

1 15 oz. can(s)green peas, drained

2 or 3hard boiled eggs
-
1 sm. jar(s)pimiento, diced
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese (i use grated)
-
1 tspchives, dried
-
1/3 cmiracle whip salad dressing
-
-salt & pepper to taste
How to Make English Pea Salad
- Boil eggs and cool; peel, slice and set aside.
- Drain peas* and combine in bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Add eggs and stir well.
- Chill and serve.
- *Frozen peas, cooked, drained and chilled, may be substituted for canned.
