- 8 large eggs (hard cooked , peeled and diced)
- 12 small sweet gerkins ( chopped)
- 1 tablespoon pimento (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon capers ( chopped)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - shake hot sauce
