easy cheesy conglomeration salad

My brother in law hates raw veggies but he told me that he loves this salad and if there's ever any left over he is the one that takes it home. You can substitute other vegies example; carrots, celery, cucumbers or add them but the more you add the more dressing you'll need. Even the pickiest eaters will like this proof positive...my brother in law

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh broccoli
- 3 cups fresh cauliflower
- 1 medium red onion
- 3 tablespoons hormel bacon bits
- 3/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup fat free miracle whip
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
How To Make easy cheesy conglomeration salad

Step 1In large bowl combine: the broccoli and cauliflower cut into bite size pieces, the onion chopped, the bacon bits and cheddar cheese.

Step 2For the topping, combine: the miracle whip, the sugar substitute and the apple cider vinegar, mix until smooth, pour over vegie mixture and mix well.

Step 3Refridgerate a few hours..........Enjoy!
