this is a weight watchers recipe and perfect for diabetics.
I have a hard time getting my husband to eat raw vegies, but for some reason he loves this salad, personally I think it's the dressing because it has vinegar in it, and he's a fan of vinegar, I can't keep him out of it!

3 c
fresh broccoli
3 c
fresh cauliflower
1 medium
red onion
3 Tbsp
hormel bacon bits
3/4 c
reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese


1/2 c
fat free miracle whip
1/2 c
sugar substitute
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar

How to Make Easy Cheesy Conglomeration


  • 1In large bowl combine:
    the broccoli and cauliflower cut into bite size pieces, the onion chopped, the bacon bits and cheddar cheese.
  • 2For the topping, combine:
    the miracle whip, the sugar substitute and the apple cider vinegar, mix until smooth, pour over vegie mixture and mix well.
  • 3Refridgerate a few hours..........Enjoy!
