Ingredients
- 6 - cups shredded cabbage
- 2 - large carrots shredded
- 1 - yellow bell pepper chopped
- 1 - large apple chopped fine, any kind
- 3 - green onions sliced fine
- 1/2 - cup celery, chopped
- 1 - cup mayonaise
- 1/2 - cup sugar
- 2 - tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon black pepper

Step 1Combine all the prepared vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2DRESSING: Mix together, the mayonaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk well.

Step 3Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Enjoy!
