Creamy, thick and so easy and quick to make and it just goes with any type of food and it is PERFECT for the outdoor cookouts coming up soon. Crisp peas that pop when you bite them make this salad just great for any get-together or dinner. Holds up well for make ahead. I like to make it the night before (and add the cheese right before serving) so everything melds together. I have always loved Pea Salad and I just never liked the soupy watery kind that I always got or had or made from hand-me down recipes so I decided that I would fix that with this little recipe!
