Ingredients
- 1 large head romaine lettuce - chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 - fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined - cooked
- HERB DILL DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 package splenda
How To Make dilled shrimp salad/herb dill dressing

Step 1Before adding shrimp to salad, pour a little of the dressing on shrimp for 30 minutes.

Step 2Mix dressing in a jar, shake well. Pour over salad.
