Whenever we have a family cookout the "boys" in the family ALWAYS ask for deviled eggs. Since they are a little time comsuming to make, we try to spread out the "duties" amoung several of the women. Here is my version.

How to Make Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
    Set whites aside.
  2. Mash yolks. Add remaining ingredients to yolks. Either by hand or using a hand mixer, mix until smooth.
  3. After making sure the egg white halves are dry, spoon egg yolk mixture back into them. For more decorative deviled eggs, use a pasty tube to fill them.
  4. Chill thoroughly before serving.
