deviled eggs for grandkids
These deviled eggs are so cute. My Grand Children loved them. I saw a recipe in a magazine for this, but I omitted some of the ingredients and adapted it to our taste and likes.

How To Make deviled eggs for grandkids
-
Step 1Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each egg so it sits flat. Cut a zigzag pattern a third down from the top of each egg. Carefully remove yolks and I add the thin slice of whites place in a small bowl; mash with a fork; Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper & paprika, stir until well blended.
-
Step 2Spoon yolk mixture into the white bottoms; replace tops.
-
Step 3Slice the pickles in thin slices for eyes. I carved out a small indention in the middle & placed a small piece of red pepper. Cut small triangles from red pepper for beaks. Press the eyes and beaks into egg filling. There you have little peeps.
