delicious summertime coleslaw
I used to crave KFC coleslaw...and like everything I enjoy eating, I tried to re-produce in my own kitchen. This took about a year to perfect and it actually tastes better than the Colonel's in my opinion.

Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded (or 2 16 oz bags)
- 1 large carrot, shredded (
- 1 tablespoon minced vidalia/or any sweet onion
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Step 1In large bowl whisk together mayo, onion, sugar, vinegar, and spices.

Step 2Add cabbage and carrot. Toss to coat.

Step 3Refrigerate at least 2 hours. For best results, prepare the day before you plan to serve.
