cucumbers, celery,gr.onion & sugar snap peas salad
A friend of mine was telling me about a salad she tasted in Colo. last month. With a cheese and a mayo dressing. That dressing was not to my liking. So this is the dressing I devised, after tweaking it a couple times. My dressing is a combination is balsamic vinegar, oil, dill weed & lemon pepper, this really puts my recipe over the top! My personal opinion. I think it turned out good enough to serve it on Grandmas favorite serving dish! I hope you will enjoy the flavors as well as I do. Of course a pretty serving dish always makes it taste better and sets the salad off! Nancy... 7/16/1
