Ingredients

  • 2 large
    cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium
    tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    white vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seeds

How to Make CUCUMBER SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Place sliced cucumbers, chopped onions, and diced tomatoes in a bowl.
  2. Combine the last 9 ingredients in a saucepan and heat until sugar melts. Pour warm mixture over the vegetables.
  3. Cover and refrigerate over night. Keep stored in fridge!
