Ingredients

  • 3 large cucumbers (sliced 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (can use white vinegar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • - black pepper to taste

How To Make cucumber salad

  • Step 1
    PLACE CUC SLICES IN COLANDER AND THEN PUT COLANDER OVER A LARGE BOWL THEN SPRINKLE WITH KOSHER SALT AND LET STAY FOR AN HOUR.
  • Step 2
    TAKE SALTED CUCS AND ONIONS AND PUT IN A LARGE BOWL.
  • Step 3
    IN A SMALL BOWL MIX MAYO, VINEGAR, SUGAR, DILL AND BLK. PEPPER. POUR OVER CUC SLICES AND ONIONS MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE FOR AN HOUR. AND ENJOY!
