Ingredients

cucumbers (sliced 1/2 inch thick)
1 medium
red onion (thinly sliced)
2 Tbsp
fresh dill
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 tsp
apple cider vinegar (can use white vinegar)
1/2 tsp
white sugar
1 Tbsp
kosher salt
black pepper to taste

How to Make CUCUMBER SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1PLACE CUC SLICES IN COLANDER AND THEN PUT COLANDER OVER A LARGE BOWL THEN SPRINKLE WITH KOSHER SALT AND LET STAY FOR AN HOUR.
  • 2TAKE SALTED CUCS AND ONIONS AND PUT IN A LARGE BOWL.
  • 3IN A SMALL BOWL MIX MAYO, VINEGAR, SUGAR, DILL AND BLK. PEPPER. POUR OVER CUC SLICES AND ONIONS MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE FOR AN HOUR. AND ENJOY!
