Ingredients
- 1 english cucumber
- 20 red radishes
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 3/4 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, or as desired
How To Make cucumber radish salad

Step 1Thinly slice the cucumber, radishes, and spring onion. A mandolin would be ideal for the cucumber and radishes. Add the sliced items to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2Mix together the veggies, cover, and place in the fridge until use.

Step 3Right before you serve, mix in the sour cream or Greek yogurt, taste, and season with sea salt as desired. Serve and enjoy.
