How to Make Crunchy Pea Salad
- Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, onion, sour cream, cashews and dressing in a salad bowl; mix well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
- Note: If made the day before, omit onion and bacon until serving time to prevent sogginess. If serving for guests with possible allergies, mark that this dish contains nuts.
