Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    package frozen peas
  • 1 c
    diced celery
  • 1 c
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 1/4 c
    green onions
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cashews
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c
    crisp-fried bacon. crumbled

How to Make Crunchy Pea Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, onion, sour cream, cashews and dressing in a salad bowl; mix well.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Top with crumbled bacon.
  4. Note: If made the day before, omit onion and bacon until serving time to prevent sogginess. If serving for guests with possible allergies, mark that this dish contains nuts.
