Crunchy Pea Salad

package frozen peas
1 c
diced celery
1 c
cauliflower, small florets
1/4 c
green onions
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
chopped cashews
1/2 c
ranch dressing
1/2 c
crisp-fried bacon. crumbled


1Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, onion, sour cream, cashews and dressing in a salad bowl; mix well.
2Chill until ready to serve.
3Top with crumbled bacon.
4Note: If made the day before, omit onion and bacon until serving time to prevent sogginess. If serving for guests with possible allergies, mark that this dish contains nuts.
