Ingredients

  • 1 ounce package frozen peas
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup cauliflower, small florets
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup crisp-fried bacon. crumbled

How To Make crunchy pea salad

  • Step 1
    Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, onion, sour cream, cashews and dressing in a salad bowl; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Chill until ready to serve.
  • Step 3
    Top with crumbled bacon.
  • Step 4
    Note: If made the day before, omit onion and bacon until serving time to prevent sogginess. If serving for guests with possible allergies, mark that this dish contains nuts.
