This is my sister's recipe and I ask her to make it every time I go to visit. Its one of my favorites. I just love it!

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    cabbage, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 pkg
    pork flavored ramen noodles, broken or crushed
  • 1 - 12.5oz can(s)
    chunk chicken breast, shredded
  • DRESSING

  • 3 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • ·
    ramen seasoning packet
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    salad oil
  • 2 tsp
    chopped cilantro

How to Make Crunchy Cabbage Ramen Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cabbage, broken ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and shredded chicken.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together, pour over cabbage mixture, season and toss.
  3. TIP: You can use any flavor of Ramen Noodles for this salad. I just liked the Pork.
