I had this at a church function and absolutely loved it.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages broccoli slaw
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 packages beef ramen noodles, crushed (set aside seasoning packs)
  • 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 packages beef seasoning packs
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make crunchy asian slaw salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl; layer first five ingredients,(four times.) Whisk the remaining ingredients; pour over salad just before serving and toss.
