creamy cucumbers
My Great Aunt taught me this recipe when she was visiting one summer. It is super easy and I have never written it down just because I have always remembered it. My husband asks for this all the time!

Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 3 scoops of mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper
How To Make creamy cucumbers

Step 1Nothing is really measured, it depends on how much you want to make, for a family of four I start with 2 pretty good sized cucumbers. I peel and slice thin into a medium bowl.

Step 2I than add 3 good scoops of mayonnaise with a tablespoon. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to coat the cucumbers well. I add a little more salt and pepper at this time. I like to see the pepper floating in the sauce when it's done.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate several hours. Stir a couple of times while it's refrigerating. After several hours the mayonnaise will become creamy and the cucumbers are softer. Serve.

Step 4You can use more cucumbers and mayonnaise for more people.
