creamy cole slaw

We make it most of the time for our BBQ . It is very moist . Yummie .... I am sorry i don't have a picture yet , soonest i make it again then i will make a picture .

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon selery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded

How To Make creamy cole slaw

  • Step 1
    Put shredded Cabbage,shredded carrots,shredded red cabbage in a large bowl . Add the small can of crushed pineapple .
  • Step 2
    Blend mayonnaise , sugar , vinegar and oil . Add onion powder,dry mustard, celery salt , pepper lemon juice , half and half and salt . Stir until smooth .
  • Step 3
    Pour coleslaw dressing over shredded cabbage and toss until cabbage is well coated. Keep coleslaw refrigerated . I would make it a couple of hours before you have you BBQ dinner . ( 2-3 Hours before )
