creamy cole slaw
We make it most of the time for our BBQ . It is very moist . Yummie .... I am sorry i don't have a picture yet , soonest i make it again then i will make a picture .

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon selery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 large cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
How To Make creamy cole slaw

Step 1Put shredded Cabbage,shredded carrots,shredded red cabbage in a large bowl . Add the small can of crushed pineapple .

Step 2Blend mayonnaise , sugar , vinegar and oil . Add onion powder,dry mustard, celery salt , pepper lemon juice , half and half and salt . Stir until smooth .

Step 3Pour coleslaw dressing over shredded cabbage and toss until cabbage is well coated. Keep coleslaw refrigerated . I would make it a couple of hours before you have you BBQ dinner . ( 2-3 Hours before )
