We make it most of the time for our BBQ . It is very moist . Yummie .... I am sorry i don't have a picture yet , soonest i make it again then i will make a picture .

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise, light
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1/8 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    selery salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 small
    can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large
    cabbage, shredded
  • 1 c
    carrot, shredded
  • 1 c
    red cabbage, shredded

How to Make Creamy Cole Slaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Put shredded Cabbage,shredded carrots,shredded red cabbage in a large bowl . Add the small can of crushed pineapple .
  2. Blend mayonnaise , sugar , vinegar and oil . Add onion powder,dry mustard, celery salt , pepper lemon juice , half and half and salt . Stir until smooth .
  3. Pour coleslaw dressing over shredded cabbage and toss until cabbage is well coated. Keep coleslaw refrigerated . I would make it a couple of hours before you have you BBQ dinner . ( 2-3 Hours before )
