- large scoop cottage cheese
- large scoop applesauce, unsweetened
- large pinch cinnamon
How To Make cranberry lovers

Step 1In a microwave safe bowl, layer a large hand full of dried cranberries; cover the cranberries with enough cottage cheese to cover. Add applesauce to cover cottage cheese. Top with cinnamon, again, enough to cover. Microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Careful, dish will be hot. No need to cover as the cinnamon will act as the cover.
