My family loves this super simple dish. You can also use shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces crabmeat
  • 4 - tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 - hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 4 cups salad greens
  • LOUIS DRESSING:
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon instant onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make crab louis

  • Step 1
    Dressing: Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Drain crabmeat. Chill.
  • Step 3
    Arrange crab, tomatoes, eggs on greens. Serve with dressing.
