- 15 ounces crabmeat
- 4 - tomatoes, quartered
- 4 - hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 4 cups salad greens
- LOUIS DRESSING:
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon instant onion
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make crab louis

Step 1Dressing: Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

Step 2Drain crabmeat. Chill.

Step 3Arrange crab, tomatoes, eggs on greens. Serve with dressing.
