    tomatoes, quartered
  • 4
    hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 4 c
    salad greens

  • 3/4 c
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    instant onion
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Crab Louis


  1. Dressing:
    Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  2. Drain crabmeat. Chill.
  3. Arrange crab, tomatoes, eggs on greens. Serve with dressing.
