Ingredients
- 4 cups favorite greens
- 4 tablespoons favorite vinaigrette, like lemon
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 3 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 teaspoons red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 teaspoons parsley, minced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
How To Make crab louie salad

Step 1Dress the greens with the vinaigrette. Divide among 4 plates.

Step 2Place the crab meat in a bowl. Mix in the Thousand Island dressing, and chives. Set aside.

Step 3Mix the tomato, red onion olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, and sugar.

Step 4Top a spoonful of the crab mixture on top of each plate of greens. Top with sliced avocado.

Step 5Finish with the tomato mixture and serve.
