I just love this salad and all the fresh veggies that are in it. It's something different, so if your tired of the same old salads at summer BBQ's, you'll want to add this one to your menu.

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 - red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 5 cups crumbled toasted cornbread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
How To Make cornbread salad

Step 1In a large bowl, combine bacon, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, green onions and cornbread. Set aside.

Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream and dressing mix. Pour over salad just before serving, tossing gently to coat.
