Ingredients
- 5 cups cubed cornbread
- 3 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pound bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
How To Make cornbread salad

Step 1Crumble cornbread into a large salad bowl. Add tomatoes, onion, pepper, bacon & relish. Combine mayo. & pickle juice. Mix well. Pour over cornbread mixture. Chill. Better if it sets overnight.
