I recieved this recipe from a good friend and great cook from Texarkana about 5 years ago. My family enjoy's this with our bar-b-ques in the summer. Especially my husbands rotisserie chicken, my canned green beans and my canned Christmas Pickles. I will add that recipe next. Enjoy this!

Large bowl, serves 8- 10 people
Ingredients
- 1 - 9 x 9 pan of cornbread cooked and crumbled
- 2 - 3 - tomatoes - chopped
- 1 - purple onion - chopped
- 1 - bell pepper/any color - chopped
- 6 - 8 - bacon slices - cooked and crumbled
- 1 - cup mayonaise
- 2 - hard boiled eggs - chopped
- dash - garlic salt
