corn slaw salad
This salad slaw is very good served with a grilled meal. I always order a corn slaw salad with ribs at a very popular Southern-style BBQ restaurant in Florida. So I tried to duplicate the recipe and this is very similar, and oh so good.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn, cooked
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped cucumbers (removed seeds before chopping
- 1/2 cup chopped red or vidalia onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup daisy brand sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make corn slaw salad

Step 1In a salad bowl, toss corn, carrots, green peppers, red peppers, cucumbers and onions.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
