This salad slaw is very good served with a grilled meal. I always order a corn slaw salad with ribs at a very popular Southern-style BBQ restaurant in Florida. So I tried to duplicate the recipe and this is very similar, and oh so good.

fresh or frozen corn, cooked

diced carrots
1/2 c
diced green pepper

finely chopped cucumbers (removed seeds before chopping
1/2 c
chopped red or vidalia onion
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
daisy brand sour cream
2 tsp
vinegar
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
prepared yellow mustard
1/4 tsp
salt

How to Make CORN SLAW SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a salad bowl, toss corn, carrots, green peppers, red peppers, cucumbers and onions.
  • 2In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  • 3TIP: Use a WIZARD CHOPPER to get all consistent small chopped vegetable cubes.
