Ingredients
- 5 ears of fresh corn – quick boil and sliced from the cob
- 1 vine ripe tomato - diced
- ¼ red onion - chopped
- 1 clove of garlic – chopped
- 1 stalk of celery – chopped
- ½ cup of fresh basil – chopped
- 1 sweet pickle – chopped
- ½ jalapeño – chopped with seeds
- ½ bell pepper – chopped
- dressing:
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
How To Make corn salsa

Step 1Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl. Combine the ingredients for the dressing and add to the salsa. Serve chilled.
