Ingredients
-
·5 ears of fresh corn – quick boil and sliced from the cob
-
·1 vine ripe tomato - diced

·¼ red onion - chopped
-
·1 clove of garlic – chopped
-
·1 stalk of celery – chopped
-
·½ cup of fresh basil – chopped
-
·1 sweet pickle – chopped
-
·½ jalapeño – chopped with seeds
-
·½ bell pepper – chopped

·dressing:
-
·¼ cup vinegar
-
·1 tsp. sugar
-
·½ tsp. salt
How to Make Corn Salsa
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing and add to the salsa.
Serve chilled.
