Since the weather is becoming warmer and we're not in the mood for cooking so much, I thought you may appreciate another version of Corn Salad which requires no cooking. (This version is also quite refreshing to eat too.)

Ingredients
- 2 - (15 1/4 oz.) cans of shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 4 - to 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 - stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
How To Make corn salad (kay112 version 2)

Step 1In large bowl, combine all ingredients. May add more mayonnaise, to taste. Cover and chill at least an hour.
