Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    white corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    yellow corn, drained
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped purple onion
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper
  • ·
    mayonnaise
  • ·
    crushed chili corn chips

How to Make Corn Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain both cans of corn. Add all ingredients except mayonnaise. Mix. Add mayonnaise to your liking. When ready to serve top with crushed corn chips.
  2. **I have found putting the corn chips in a separate bowl works well. Once you put them on the salad the corn chips become soggy which ruins the salad. Enjoy!
