Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 1/2 cups fresh corn kernals (raw or grilled) approx: 5 med ears.
- 1 small red onions peeled diced
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 medium head of butter lettuce
- 4 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
- - sea salt and pepper to taste
- Opt. 1/3 cup bell pepper (petite diced)
How To Make corn and tomato salad

Step 1In a bowl combine tomatoes, corn and onion. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.

Step 2Stir in ranch dressing and toss.

Step 3Arrange lettuce leaves into a cup shape.

Step 4Spoon mixture into each lettuce cup and sprinkle with chopped basil. Enjoy!!!
