Ingredients

4 cups cooked fresh crabmeat or canned crabmeat picked over to remove cartiledge
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
- french dressing to moisten
- mayonnaise
- pimento

How To Make company crab meat salad

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients. Chill.

Step 2

To serve, arrange on lettuce leaves and add dab of mayo and pimento to garnish.
