- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 head red cabbage
- 3/4 cup Kosher salt
- 1 cup scallions, large chop
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced daikon radish
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 750 milliliters fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons shrimp paste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup Korean chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang sauce
