Ingredients

  • 1 pound shredded cabbage
  • 1 - carrot
  • 6 - radishes, trimmed
  • 1 cup shredded lacinato kale
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon white pepper

How To Make coleslaw with buttermilk dressing

  • Step 1
    Shred cabbage, carrot, and radishes using a food processor fitted with a shredding disk.
  • Step 2
    Chop onion and kale by hand for best results.
  • Step 3
    Whisk together remaining ingredients as dressing.
  • Step 4
    Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate several hours before serving.
