- 1 pound shredded cabbage
- 1 - carrot
- 6 - radishes, trimmed
- 1 cup shredded lacinato kale
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1-1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon white pepper
How To Make coleslaw with buttermilk dressing

Step 1Shred cabbage, carrot, and radishes using a food processor fitted with a shredding disk.
