Vicki Butts (lazyme)
1 smallcabbage, finely shredded
1/4 smallred cabbage, finely shredded
1 mediumcarrot, grated
1 smallonion, small dice
1/4 craisins, optional
1 tsplemon juice
·salt, to taste
2 Tbspmayonnaise (to 3t)
·apple, diced, optional
How to Make Coleslaw
- Combine cabbage, carrots, onion and raisins in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle sugar, salt and lemon juice into a small bowl.
- Add mayonnaise and mix until blended. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes; mix before serving.
- To add a little more fiesta chop an apple into fine
pieces and add to the mixture.
