Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 small red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, small dice
- 1/4 cup raisins, optional
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- - salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (to 3t)
- - apple, diced, optional
How To Make coleslaw

Step 1Combine cabbage, carrots, onion and raisins in a large bowl.

Step 2Sprinkle sugar, salt and lemon juice into a small bowl.

Step 3Add mayonnaise and mix until blended. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes; mix before serving.

Step 4To add a little more fiesta chop an apple into fine pieces and add to the mixture.
