carrots
1 Tbsp
onion, grated
2 tsp
white vinegar
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 can(s)
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cole Slaw

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place cabbage, carrots and onion in food processor until chopped.
  • 2Remove and rinse well in colander.
  • 3Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in processor until well blended.
  • 4Put cabbage mixture in large bowl.
  • 5Pour mayonnaise mixture over cabbage mixture and mix well.
  • 6Let chill for 3 hours before serving.
